Recently recieved my second pitbull i have had. My wife and i have raised a total of five prior to our relationship. Yet we never had to deal with pups as my wife is against any form of studding or breeding. We responded to a cry for help from a young girl who had two pitbull pups that she was going to have to have euthanized. We showed up and picked up a little male white with black spots over his eyes. It was not until i got to looking at his teeth, and his demeanor that he seemed younger than she had said. When i confronted the person the next day she caved in and told me the pup was just barely six weeks. My questions are should i be giving him vitamins of any kind or anything to help with digestion. He is in love with the food i have him on even though we have to get it wet to give him the ability to eat it. Same food i always use, Blue Wilderness protein base for puppies. Should i be giving him anything else to supplement for the vitamins he won't recieve from his mother. All my other pits were two to three weeks older when i recieved them. Any help or incite would be appreciated.
